Features Of The Land

• The land that the station will be set up , should be suitable to the plans of 1.000 and 5.000
• The land must be minimum 1.200m2 and must have 40mt frontage to the road.
• The land must be 50 mt far away from the social environment such as schools , mosques etc.
• If the land has be rented should have a 5 year rental contract

Operation of The Dealer

• The dealer should receive an Autogas Station Operating Licence according to the cadastral extract from the Municipal Borough.
• To sign a dealership contract.
• To prepare the basic facilities of the station.

Operations Of The Güneygaz

• To obtain the tanks , dispencers and pumps.
• To make the installations of the basic technical hardware
• · To give a technical education to the station's staff and give them certificates.

The Initial Costs And The Dealer's Profitably

• According to the land and the sale capacity of the dealer 15.000 - 50.000 USD.
• Dealer profit per ton is 80 USD.
• The station should have 40 - 50 tonnes sale volume to be profitable
